Please note: Should you choose to have your parcel left in safe place, we are not liable for “missing mail” claims on these deliveries, we do not reimburse, refund or resend if you choose "safe drop" as an option. Please Note: that all import taxes, brokerage fees and duties are payable by the customer. Please contact your country's custom department to find out if there are any fees. Punk My Babe does not cover these fees. Please Note: Australia Post charge for Return to Sender mail (e.g. you do not collect your order, incorrect address, you return to sender and/or it is undeliverable). Any orders returned to us this way will have the products refunded, less international postage paid and the fee incurred of $15.

If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, feel at ease knowing you can return your item for a refund with our 14 Day Money Back Guarantee! Return for a Refund/Credit Note - We're happy to refund or issue a credit note for any reason, no questions asked. The item/s must be unused, unworn and in original conditional with tags attached. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility. Refunds will be given less postage paid (see additional information regarding promotional shipping below - 'Free Post Over $120'). Return for an Exchange - If you'd like to exchange for a different size or item, please contact us to reserve your size. All return postage charges are the responsibility of the buyer. In the rare case Punk My Babe has made a mistake or the item is faulty, please contact us and we will send an exact exchange and cover postage costs. IMPORTANT Sales and Promotions Information: All sales on discounted items are final. These items cannot be returned for a refund. A credit note or exchange can be arranged. This does not void your consumer rights on faulty items. If returning an item that qualified for our Free Shipping over $120 promotion, and the remaining order you've kept drops below the value of $120, you will receive a refund for the item less postage ($8.99).
